We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised, professional administrator with excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills to support the Faculty of Access to Learning.
The faculty is made up of a number of curriculum areas including, Fast Forward, Gateway, Pathways and Adults with Learning Differences. The work of the faculty is extremely varied and you must have a flexible approach to work whilst maintaining the ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines. An understanding of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a very busy environment and provide high level of administrative support that would include diary management, minute taking, organisation of faculty interviews and open days including various marketing events and a range of other administrative functions.
The successful candidate would be required to travel to between campuses and provide administrative support where necessary.
