If you want to help lead a college that is wholeheartedly committed to staff and student well-being, where the culture genuinely revolves around putting students first and helping them to achieve extraordinary things, then look no Further!

Our Strategic Plan is based around the philosophy of Be You. Be Extraordinary. We are confident that we do enable our students to be themselves and to be extraordinary, whatever that means for them on an individual basis, but we also pride ourselves on doing that for staff, too. Our staff team and our culture have been central to our successes to date, and this new post is a further investment in our positive future.

Our new Vice Principal will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our organisational culture, whilst overseeing all aspects of human resources management. The role requires a strategic leader and commercial thinker who can align people initiatives and cross college projects such as effective communication, effective management of growth and organisational development, with the college’s mission, vision and values. The postholder will further develop our supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and students, ensuring that we are able to deliver our ambitious strategic objectives. If this sounds like you, and you are an energetic, proactive, dynamic and authentic leader looking for a new opportunity, then we would love to hear from you!
