What You'll Do

Teach practical sessions on our working farm and in modern agricultural facilities
Share your real-world farming experience to make learning relevant
Help students build confidence and job-ready skills for agricultural careers
Work with local farms, agricultural businesses, and industry partners to enhance what we teach
What We Need From You

A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Care, or related agricultural field
At least 3 years' recent work experience in agriculture, farming, or land management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (we'll pay for these)
