For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated teacher with the ability to deliver high quality, inspiring lectures and practical teaching sessions with strong industry links to give our learners an exceptional learning experience. You will have good practical skills in farm estate skills:
• making and installing structures and services across the estate
• maintaining structures and services across the estate
• establishing and managing plants and farm habitats
• developing and guiding the practical skills of a range of agricultural students
• planning and costing structures and services

Status: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday with flexibility to meet business needs.
Salary: £23,325 - £30,749 depending on qualifications, skills and experience. A skills shortage allowance of up to £5k may be payable depending on candidates’ skills and experience.
