An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Equine Centre at Sparsholt College to strengthen the management team. If you are motivated, interested in all aspects of equestrianism and looking to develop your equine industry skills including management then this position could be for you.
Qualified to a minimum of BHS Stage 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship, with extensive teaching experience in the industry, the Yard Manager will assist in managing a dedicated and skilled team of staff with key responsibility for maintaining high standards of husbandry, teaching and learning across the student provision at the Equine Centre and delivering commercial activity.
Commitment to the provision of a high quality, professional and customer focused service to students and commercial clients is essential in this post.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be to enhance the student experience through supporting curriculum requirements, ensure equine welfare is exemplary and support an increase in commercial activity.
